Our mentor Mr B. M. Kamdar  is 1^st Class B.E. (Mech.) with total 27 years of experience. He passed Mechanical Engineering in 1978 & thereafter served two companies dealing in Filter media & Filtration equipments & for last twenty years he is fully involved in detailed designs & developments of "AIR POLLUTION CONTROL SYSTEMS ". He has been designing & manufacturing such systems and air pollution control equipments for chemical & allied industries for over 23 years. His history has been one of constant progress, noted for innovations in equipments design & system performance. Today he continues to enjoy the position of a recognized leader in the field. The wide acceptance of his engineered systems is evidenced by over hundreds of installations now in operation.

As he has been very much involved in "Air Technology" he does detailed designs of centrifugal blowers, Scrubbers, dust Collectors, Dust/Fume extraction & scrubbing systems, etc including ventilation designs. He has been designing blowers for optimum efficiencies of the order of 70% to 85% compared to conventional (standard design) of 50% to 65% and hence he is actively involved in "Energy Conservation" of such systems. He has worked as consultant with numbers of reputed organizations.

His knowledge and experience of Application Engineering and Detailed design of control equipments enables him to work from "Identification of problem" to "Commissioning of System". He has worked through various well-known consultants.

We manufacture systems with capacities ranging from 500 CFM (Cubic Feet per Meter) to 50000 CFM and with static pressure from 2" W.G. to 50" W.G. Our Air pollution control systems can effectively deal with various gaseous contaminants such as HCL, Cl2, SO2, NH3, and NOX. They can also be utilized for recovery systems. We also supply various other types of control equipments for wet systems- packed bed, orifice, venturi, ven-jet scrubber where water/caustic is used for absorbing / collecting gas / vapor / dust contaminant. For dry systems we incorporate Cyclones, Bag Filters-motorized or pulsejet type, where dust contaminants need to be physically separated. Our systems are designed after careful study of application's technical requirments for highest possible levels of efficiency with incurring minimum costs - initial or operating.

Our systems also take into consideration the nature of the Air pollutant whether solid particulates, liquid/mist and/or gas (molecular form). We manufacture equipments & systems using Corrossion resistent materials like PP ( Polypropylene ) FRP ( Fiber-glass Reinforced Plastic) PPplusFRP, PVC, MS & stainless Steel.Our exhaustive range of Air pollution control systems includes fume extraction and scrubbing systems, centrifugal blowers, scrubbers, dust extraction and collection systems, air pollution control systems, pneumatic conveying systems, clean rooms and air-washers and industrial ventilation.
